Abstract
      It is widely agreed that a more systematic development of the groundwater management in Bangkok Metropolis is needed for more efficient and sustainable resource allocation. Being constrained by limited water resources and environmental problems, special treatments and management structure must be adopted in accordance with the available groundwater resources. The objectives of such development is not only for equitable water resource allocation but for the sound environment as well.
      In order to manage groundwater in studied area, the related spatial information will be integrated by using some Geographic Information Systems softwares, namely Arc View GIS, Arc View Spatial Analyst and Arc View 3 D Analyst. The relevant aspects of groundwater management preliminary used in this study include both in quantitative terms. As a result, framework build-up of groundwater management in Bangkok Metropolis can be done interactively and systematically.
